You need to understand the following aspects
1. Transmission structure, flexographic printing machine with straight gear transmission, flexographic printing machine with helical gear transmission, or flexographic printing machine with synchronous belt transmission. All three types of flexo printing machines can be produced by our company. The printing accuracy of spur gear transmission is relatively poor and the printing speed is relatively slowest. The printing accuracy and speed of helical gear transmission printing machines are higher. The printing accuracy and printing speed of synchronous belt transmission printing machines are the highest.
2. Printing speed, the printing speed is determined by the transmission structure, we divide our printing presses into ordinary flexographic printing presses and medium-speed flexographic printing presses and high-speed flexo printing machine. The actual printing speed of the flexographic printing machine with straight gear transmission can reach 50 meters per minute; the actual printing speed of the flexographic printing machine with helical gear transmission can reach 70 meters per minute. If a closed blade is added, the printing speed can reach 90 meters per minute. The actual printing speed of the flexographic printing machine driven by the synchronous belt can reach 90 meters per minute. If a closed scraper is added, the printing speed can reach 110 meters per minute.
3. Printing accuracy and effect. The printing accuracy is determined by the transmission structure and the anilox roller. The printing accuracy from low to high ranks as follows: spur gear transmission flexo printing machine <helical gear transmission flexo printing machine <timing belt transmission flexo printing machine. Anilox rollers are divided into metal anilox rollers and ceramic anilox rollers. The printing effect of the metal anilox roller will be smaller than that of the ceramic anilox roller. 4. Receiving and discharging method. If it is used in conjunction with a blown film machine, it will not add the receiving part or the discharging part. If it is used alone, it can choose single-receiving and single-discharging, or double-receiving and double-discharging. You can also choose manual loading and unloading (very light materials, such as film), pneumatic loading and unloading (heavier materials, film paper, etc.), or hydraulic loading and unloading (raw materials that exceed a certain weight, such as thick and heavy paper, etc.). The domestic and foreign brands can be selected for the correction of the receiving and unwinding materials.
